Amber-Field

Crafting simple tools for real humans. No fluff, no hype — just thoughtful builds that do what they're meant to.

About Amber-Field

I'm a solo developer on the east coast of Australia, transitioning from engineering into AI and automation. After years in mining, I'm focused on building small, practical tools and digital services — things that solve real problems without the fluff.

Amber Field is my personal launchpad: part lab, part portfolio. It’s where I learn by building, ship what works, and stay grounded in curiosity, creativity, and home life.

No big team. No VC. Just one curious, ADHD-fuelled builder committed to making thoughtful tools that are simple, useful, and quietly good.

Current Projects

Projects I've built while learning, tinkering, or chasing curiosity. Some are polished, some are scrappy — all made with care.

How I Build

I'm not a big team or agency — just a solo builder on the East Coast of Australia, learning by doing and shipping what I can.

1

Curiosity first

Every project starts with a question, an itch, or a problem that feels worth solving — even if it's small.

2

Plan the essentials

I like enough structure to move forward, but not so much that it slows me down. Clarity beats complexity.

3

Build, test, ship

I work in fast, simple loops. What's usable goes live. What isn't gets iterated. Progress over polish.

4

Learn in public

These projects are my portfolio and my classroom. I share the journey, not just the outcomes.
